This Vibrobug is supplied in kit form and requires a small amount of soldering as well as some mechanical assembly.

A coin cell powers a small off centre motor which vibrates the whole body of the bug and causes it to move around a table.

The kit is available in two colours, red and black, and is easy to solder making it an ideal project for those new to soldering.

  1. Kit Ronik

Not a child’s toy if you have to soldier it. Packaging isn’t nice and bug if fairly breakable
Wouldn’t use all the time and not a great present idea
Comes with all parts and fun to assemble (apart from the soldiering)

  2. This is such a great project and we plan to use it next year for our year 8's. I'm having problems importing the DXF into 2 D design tools as it only shows the base and motor holder and not the legs. Are you able to supply a 2D design file? many thanks adrian
