This 16mm Steel Ball Caster would make a great rear wheel choice for your robot/buggy designs as it features low starting and rolling resistance. It also runs very smoothly and more quietly than you might expext from a metal ball style caster.

The housing of the caster is also made of steel which encases the caster in such a way that caster will not come out of the housing.
